AI Training

AI Training

AI tools are only worth as much as your team can get out of them. The best chatbot or automation is useless if staff don't dare or know how to use it, and leadership can't see where it's really worth adopting. That's the gap we fill: we run hands-on group training for company leaders and employees on how to apply AI in everyday work — and how to get more out of the purpose-built software you already use. Clearly, tailored to your company's real tasks, without unnecessary jargon. The goal isn't to listen to theory, but to work faster and smarter right after the training.

What we offer in concrete terms

Leadership AI workshop

A concise session for decision-makers: where AI stands today, what it can actually do, and where it brings the most for your company. We review potential use cases, the risks and the expected return, so you can confidently decide what's worth starting — and what isn't.

Team training on everyday tools

Practical, tangible training for employees: how to use ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools in their own tasks — email, summaries, research, content creation, customer communication. Practised on live examples taken from your real work.

Your existing software and its AI features

We don't just teach the general AI tools — we also cover confident use of the purpose-built software you already use or are introducing (CRM, ERP, marketing and customer-service systems) and their built-in AI features, so your team gets more out of your existing software too.

Prompting basics and effective use

We teach how to ask AI properly so it gives a genuinely usable answer. A good prompt is the difference between an impressive and an unusable result — we build this skill step by step so everyone can manage on their own.

Tailored training programme

We tailor the curriculum to your processes and tools. We assess where AI would help most and prepare your team for exactly what you need in daily work — we don't teach generalities, we solve your tasks together.

How it works

First we briefly assess where the team stands with AI and which tasks eat up the most time. Based on that we put together the training curriculum. We deliver the training online or in person, in a group, with plenty of practical exercises — not a dry lecture, but working together. After the training you get a summary and practice materials, and you can come back to us with questions later too.

Who it's for

For company leaders who want to start adopting AI but don't know where to begin; and for teams — marketing, customer service, administration, sales — who want to speed up their daily work with AI tools in a safe and considered way.

Examples from practice

  • Marketing team: speeding up content ideation, post writing and campaign copy with AI, in a consistent brand voice.
  • Customer service: answering common questions, creating email templates and conversation summaries in minutes.
  • Leadership: putting together reports, presentations and decision-support materials faster.
  • Sales: writing quotes and follow-up emails faster, and creating call summaries.
  • Administration: summarising documents and handling templates and spreadsheets more quickly.
  • HR: drafting job ads and internal announcements, and preparing the pre-screening of applications.

Case studies

Illustrative model example

A mid-sized company's team

Several people at the company were curious about AI, but nobody knew where to start, and they worried about using it wrong. We held a leadership workshop, then a practical team training on the everyday tools. Colleagues started using AI confidently in email and content creation, and leadership saw more clearly which processes to improve next.

Illustrative model example

A customer service team

The team spent a lot of time on repetitive replies and summaries. In the training they learned how to use AI and the built-in AI features of their own helpdesk system to speed up answers and summaries. Daily admin sped up noticeably.

Illustrative model example

A leadership team

The leaders saw the opportunity in AI but didn't know where to start with adoption. After the workshop they had a realistic priority order for which areas to tackle first, and where external help is worth bringing in.

Let's see together where AI can help

The assessment is free and commits you to nothing. By the end you'll know exactly the few steps that would bring your company the most.
